We've joined Beta testing of GoToAssist Express.
We find the software very reliable and easy to use, we plan on using it in the future (once it goes out of BETA stage) for all of our Remote Support Customers.
Go To Assist Express includes plenty of crucial features like Unattended Support Session, Remote Diagnostics and File Transfers.
